Uneven surface/ botched resurface job

The contractor, Pronin, clearly ran out of materials and energy to finish the pavement resurfacing on our street. By chance, the worst patch in the entire street is the section of pavement between our driveway and the road. They didn't bother cleaning up after themselves either, there is black tape strewn all along the road.
