Disabled car park being mis used

Reported via mobile in the Road signage category anonymously at 20:18, Saturday 17 February 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5589343.

There is a disabled parking bay opposite to 56 Rodney Road, BS151EF. Original requestor passed away 4 yrs ago and house was sold. Now there are new owners. However the disabled parking bay sign still exists. This is now being used as additional parking spot for the resident and an hindrance to others as not everyone is aware of this. Owner of the property consists of 2 people with 3 vehicles. They use disabled bay to reserve parking spot for themselves while encouraging their guests to park in other areas. Thatway reducing parking spots on the road with new flats being built at the junction of Sherwood Road. Requesting that sign removed
