Large dip in the pavement outside my drive

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5590335.

There is a large dip in the pavement outside my drive , which fills with rainwater and lots of leaves , in very cold weather very icy and slippery . It is not a pothole but a dip in the pavement .
