Flooded and blocked gutter

The whole guttering along this road is thick with vegetations, branches from the park trees and regularly flooded for days following rainfall. It makes it impossible to cross the road in many places. The drainage issue is undoubtedly being caused by a dumped car, which has been in place since October and only moves a couple of times a year. This has caused the build up of leaves, mud and branches to block the guttering on the entire road and it needs clearing.
