Drain not working

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5601018.

Every time that there is heavy rain the drain can not clear the water and a large flood forms. The grid of the drain is clear so the problem is deeper down. Pedestrians can not use the crossing because of the flooding blocking it. Dangerous for cyclists too.
