Paving slabs used on grass verge

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 08:00, Wednesday 21 February 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5607824.

This house has decided to use paving slabs over grass which has become a dangerous hazard (no drop kerb) I tripped whilst walking the dog and it sent me flying but luckily I didn’t fall over. The van that drives over it is obviously heavy and moved the slabs and the mud is horrendous. It’s been this way for at least a year and it’s just getting worse and worse the pavement is absolutely covered in mud. This house want to apply for HMO, this issue further supports my issues with a HMO on this road, the up keep of the house is poor and neighbours are being affected, several ladies use walkers or walking aids. It’s a hazard. The photo I took is a week or 2 old and the amount of rain has made it so much worse.
