Fraudulent parking charges

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5639088.

A client of ours used the pay and display machine on Chandos Road on Wednesday 21 February and paid for parking on their phone. Their bank account has been debited with £1, followed by £49.99 and a further amount of £25. We therefore believe that this is a fraudulent charge and may have something to do with fake QR code?
