Wheelie bins and pallets

Three large wheelie bins and pallets are permanently stored on the pavement. The bins are regularly overflowing and contain food waste. The pavement is being used as a permanent bin and pallet storage area for the Baltika Supermarket. It is a hazard for pedestrians, an eyesore, a health hazard, and a fire risk to the flats above.

    This situation is getting worse and is now a serious fire and health and safety issue. The pallets are stored well above head height and could cause a significant injury to pedestrians.
