Wheelie bins and pallets

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5639333.

Three large wheelie bins and pallets are permanently stored on the pavement. The bins are regularly overflowing and contain food waste. The pavement is being used as a permanent bin and pallet storage area for the Baltika Supermarket. It is a hazard for pedestrians, an eyesore, a health hazard, and a fire risk to the flats above.
