Very poor surface around ironworks and deep depression / subsidence

Previous roadworks on Shirehampton Road, near junctions with Dingle Close, have subsided badly, plus poor standard of work around ironworks. You have to pull over to the centre of the road to avoid the problem, and I wouldn't want to take my chances on a bike or scooter. This has been a problem for months.
