Light makes explosion noises

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5644867.

There is a light outside no.2 Tallis Grove that Flashes and makes a loud explosion noise, this is happening regularly, Its not as bright as the other lights but think its still working, resident son noticed smoke coming out the light at the top a few days ago. Please investigate.
