Drainage blocked, still not fixed

I have reported this previously and I was advised two days ago that the problem was fixed. The picture attached is from this morning. Nothing was fixed: the drainage is still blocked. No works were done, why did I receive a message saying it had been fixed, if it is not true?

  • A job has been raised with our contractors to action this issue and appropriate repairs or maintenance will be undertaken as soon as they can.
