New posts and fence along verge opposite the houses

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5651103.

This will prevent the council trimming back the verge and bushes. Also there is a badger pathway crossing the verge into the woods which could be blocked by the fence which I think is illegal. Is the verge and bushes council owned land? I believe it is the management of the Druids Woods Flats erecting the fence but whose land is it?

  • The existing fence line is three or four feet back from the new posts which have been erected The original fence line is on top of bank this is clearly visible as some existing posts are still in place
