    There are 2 issues concerning the frontage of my property: 1)Muddy patch to the right of my driveway following removal of a gatepost revealed the outside bank encroaching over my driveway 2) Total lack of maintenance of the council’s steep bank across the frontage of my property which I cannot maintain myself
