Trees touching properties

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5665649.

There are a number trees in Clifford Road, that are touching residents properties i1, roof and windows, these need to be cut back ASAP to prevent damage, please can this be arranged, it may be that they are about to be done soon, if so can you advise when this is likely to happen.
