Red has worn off dead end sign

The red part of the dead end 'T' has lost its colour. Looks like it was originally just a sticker that has faded in time. Its adding to the number of drivers who turn down this narrow road by mistake and get stuck (no turning circle) which often makes existing parking difficulties worse than they need to be. Seems like a simple quick fix that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!
