Parking on double yellow lines constantly. There have been several near misses over time due to parking like this. Also issues with lorries and emergency vehicles including fire engines getting access toConway Road

Constant parking on the corner on double yellow lines causing hazard with restricted views. Also issues with refuge collection, fire engines and delivery lorries gaining access to Conway Road. Constant issue, especially with this car!!
