Weeds on steps

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5685184.

The weeds on the steps are high as hand, causing a risk to residents as a tripping problem, These do sometimes get sprayed with weed killer but never removed so they're just dead and still a hazard on the steps, could these weeds actually be removed, maybe when rose beds are weeded at the same time.
