Loose and noisy manhole cover

A manhole cover near the entrance to the estate (John Hall Close BS14 9JY) is loose and is very noisy, banging every time a car enter or leaves the estate - this is affecting the sleep quality of many houses on the estate, and this is during the winter with the windows closed. The problem is only going to get worse as the warmer weather arrives. I can see that the problem has already been reported by my neighbour but I am reporting again to emphasise the problem and the far reaching effect it is having on us and our neighbours. If it could be fixed asap it would be much appreciated. Many thanks
