Large groups of males openly drinking, smoking weed and drug dealing

On the corner of Chester Street and St Marks Road, there are Large groups of males openly drinking, smoking weed and large groups of drug users congregating. Further down Chester Street there were several drug users arguing among themselves, there is also fly tipping is a constant problem here. This along with the bookies at the bottom of St Marks Road, where large groups of males hang out all adds to this feels like a very dangerous, threatening place for a lone female to walk.
