Top railing on stairway handrail removed and missing

Reported via desktop in the Street furniture category anonymously at 09:55, Friday 15 March 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5716736.

The top railing has been removed, leaving two exposed railing posts which could pose a risk to anyone tripping whilst coming up/down the stairs. This is a popular access route for schools and the Whitchurch Railway Path coming down from David's Road / Whitecross Ave.
