No work done despite closed road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5766577.

Cones and closed road signs went up on Thursday 21st in advance of road work resurfacing, which were to last until Monday. During this time no work has happened. Yesterday night, when dark, the cones and signs disappeared. We moved vehicles and caused unneeded pressure on other roads and no resurfacing was done.
