Reported retrospectively ( this occured on 27/3/24 at 17:25. Unable to take pictures as I was on my bike at that time driving down the road. Car reversing fastly one way road ignoring the no entry signs and presenting a risk to myself as a cyclist but also to other pedestrians on the road
