Manhole cover moved leaving drain partially exposed

On the meadow by the pond in Badock's Wood is a manhole cover. If you walk round the mowed edge from the path by the adventure playground there is a manhole in the field anout 15 yards along. Soneone has moved it off its place leaving the drain / sewer it is covering partially exposed. My husband tried to move it vack over the hole but it was too heavy for one man without tools.
