Drain blocked causing flooding

Blocked drain causing flooding everytime it rains, causing driveways to be full of mud. This is a constant problem which is not being dealt with, also all traffic are moving to the otherside of carriageway to avoid the big puddle making it dangerous to on coming traffic.

Dangerous hazard to pedestrians cyclists and motorists this morning as all the water cannot get down the drains. They are blocked so tankers sucking up the flood yesterday left road dry for just a few hours.
