Motorbike parked on pavement - can't get pram past

This motorbike has been parked on Worsley Street for a number of weeks. This motorbike is chained up outside ,and is owned by somebody, at number 10 Worsley Street.

Please can you this remove this as soon as possible as I am having to push my babies pram in the road and this makes me feel unsafe for the sake of my child.
