I received an email to say my previous enquiry has been closed however the wall now looks like this (see photos).

Someone came out approximately 3-4 weeks ago and knocked the wall down and it has been left as shown in pictures. I wondered when work is planned to continue on this and was confused when I received an email to say the enquiry had been closed.
