Horse Box selling FOOD

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5798874.

A horse box is being left on the street, no tax, no insurance, ouside number 16 Toynbee Road. No reflectors unlit etc etc. Caravans are not permitted to be left on the street, so why is this here?
