Flooding possibly sewage

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5800795.

Drain has been blocked for nearly 5 years first reported 4 10 2019 possible sewage mud outside peoples homes .this is being dragged up the road for several hundred yards covering vehicles .people unable to leave their homes due to 8 inches of water ..pedestrians walking into a busy road to avoid mud . cars slipping on mud and a possibility of aquaplaning
