Deep & expanding pothole by iron rainwater drain cover

Reported via desktop in the Roads category anonymously at 16:52, Wednesday 3 April 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5802483.

The whole of the area on the corner of the road & even the pavement opposite the Merchants Arms public house (up to and past the buss stop on that side), is in a very poor state following totally inadequate & really poor repair work following major utilities works. The pavement has a growing pothole (near the traffic lights) and the various patches in the road are uneven and are also subsiding. As the traffic flow around that corner is very heavy, the situation is getting worse almost daily. The utility company that undertook the work needs to be fined or made to make-good the appalling mess they have made.
