Car parked on pavement again!!!!

Sent to Bristol City Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 580919.

There is a white Ford Focus that parks on the pavement meaning pedestrians having to walk in the road. This occurred on Friday January 30th, Monday February 2nd and again this morning. The registration number is: VX14 XAC. People have complained to me that they are having to walk on the road to get around this vehicle exposing themselves to being hit by other cars. We telephoned the Highways Agency and the Police on Friday, but it appears they had other things to do.
