Possible collapsed drain causing subsidence in alleyway off of Gloucester Rd in Horfield

This brick wall at the back of my garden borders an alleyway between Gloucester Road and Beaufort Road in Horfield. The wall has been in disrepair since I moved in in 2021, and I had a contractor come and have a look who said he thinks it could be a collapsed drain which is causing subsidence on the brick wall between the alleyway, my garden (503) and next door (505).

I had Wessex water come to inspect the drain - they said it belongs to Bristol City Council. I have also had a letter from the council telling me to get the wall fixed, but I need someone to inspect the drain first to identify whether it has collapsed, causing disrepair to the wall.
