Blocked gulley

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5824220.

Gulley in Cooperation Rd (on corner of Gratitude Rd) is totally blocked. Sediment and loose stone (from surface dressing last year) has filled it to the grating. https://maps.app.goo.gl/ xz5hPbK8DigUcmqm6
