Grass cutting

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5825875.

The grass cutters come today and I noticed within 10 after arriving home that some of it was cut but not short they cut some and not all leaving some grass at about 9 inches high and the rest about 4 not quite a mess of it couldnt see him to ask him to do it probarly so got my own strimmer out and finished the job for them why do i have to pay council tax for a part job and not a whole job who is employed to do it im not but im doing at least twice a year
