Large laurel tree overhanging my garden blocking out light

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5879907.

As above, council land at rear of 44 southwood avenue, needs trimmimg or felling please. gradually getting taller over time and now blocking out light and blocking the access lane..
