Van is permanently blocking pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5887349.

Cars always park on the pavement on this road normally leaving a bit of space for people, but this van is permanently now blocking the entire pavement every time I've walked past.

It's very close to a school, and forces people walking to school to walk in the road as the other side is also often blocked with cars parking on the pavement and the overhanging bushes.
