  • Due to being forced close to edge of narrow footpath : Pedestrians are at risk of being hit by lorry / van wing mirrors especially when 2 large vehicles try to pass each other on this narrow busy road by the bend. It has been reported as far back as December but now with Spring growth it has got worse.

  • Ivy is growing quickly now: this path is only wide enough for one person as it is.Difficult if pedestrians walking in different directions meet with Road so close & not even now able to put back flat against wall so someone can pass. This has been reported numerous times!

  • Danger for pedestrians!!!….walking up & down Ison Hill.

Vans / lorries with extra large wing mirrors getting very close to pedestrians being forced close to edge of path. Extra dangerous if 2 vehicles trying to pass one another

I have also reported Road signs that are obscured in the same area to BC & South Gloucestershire.

  • The ivy still hasn’t been removed/ trimmed back. More importantly there is now a crack in the wall which if it spreads any further could result in wall debris falling onto path / roadway.

  • More cracks further up the hill. Might be advisable to clear ivy to get full picture of state of wall / cracks
