Builder sand dumped

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5906297.

Im from A&S Police reporting obstruction on pavement as builders have dumped building sand on top the pavement and put harris fence panels around it causing pedestrians to walk into the road. This is completely blocking the pavement.
