Spring Growth of shrubs narrowing joint footpath/cycleway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5934759.

The bushes shrubs and trees spring growth has constricted the width of the joint path so that pedestrians automatically step over onto cycleway to avoid a overhanging branch. This puts both parties in danger.
