Loading bay blocked by cars preventing deliveries to Co-op store

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction blocking access category anonymously at 09:49, Tue 7 May 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5939759.

Loading bay is regularly being used for parking as evidenced by the attached photo. Our Ashley Road Co-op is unable to receive deliveries. Delivery drivers have refused to drop as they would be parked over the bus lane. Can the loading bays be double yellow lined and signage installed to communicate no parking in this bay. Perhaps additional patrols for traffic wardens too to reinforce the fact parking is not permitted here.

Again unable to receive our ambient delivery as there are cars parked over the loading bay so driver has refused to drop as he would be parked over the bus stop. Is there something we can do to stop people parking over the loading bay? Can we please have an update on the issue first raised on 7 May please.
