Ilchester Cresent,Bristol,there is Dog fouling everywhere,been an ongoing problem for ages ,been reported but nothing gets done about it.There are no bins in the area. Public lane between 157 and 159 Ilchester Cresent Bristol,is a hotspot for litter.It is used a lot from school children.Hasnt been cleaned for months,street cleaners just walk right past it.Again there are no litter bins.
