Hi I reported that a drain is blocked and not draining, this issue has not been resolved, no one has been to see the drain not lifted it up, dirt is still inside, yet the ticket has been closed automatically and labelled as fixed when it's not.. please can this be addressed and can I be updated on this.. many thanks
