Multiple medium (12 inch) sized potholes all over uneven path on 2-14 Manilla Road

This has been the state of the path for over a year (only moved in a year ago!). The pavement on the side of Manilla road from numbers 2-14 is particularly bad and uneven (also around the corner). I counted around 6 potholes of varying sizes. Particularly bad outside 14, 12 and 10. The entire path is super uneven and a trip hazard for people. Would be good for the entire path to be resurfaced as it’s just an uneven and lump patchwork path with lots of potholes. Thanks!
