The rear emergency access to my vulnerable mother’s home has not been cleared for years. It’s inaccessible. It is a rear lane and is completely over grown. She is 94, blind, deaf and has Alzheimer’s. It needs clearing very soon as her health is demonising and we may need this access. It is the rear access to 16 Otterford Close BS149JR
