Over-grown grass and brambles on verges

The verges alongside Ingleside Road outside Ingleside Close have not been maintained . They are extremely overgrown with grass, weeds and brambles. The brambles are now over growing onto the pavements. It looks extremely untidy. It is also attracting people to throw their rubbish into the brambles. This has been like this for at least 3 years, and continues to get worse as it has not been maintained in this time.
