This broken cover has been like this for over 8 months now. Council unfit for purpose, can’t even replace a cover that is a danger to children, runners, the disabled, and partially sighted. It’s also blocked. Council can put up council tax in two minutes but in 2024 hadn’t got the capacity to replace the cover. 8 months waiting and council obviously waiting until there’s an accident. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
