High hedges and grass

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5997814.

Our tanker drivers load at the nearby Esso Terminal. The grass on the verge before exiting onto St Andrews Road is very high; this is causing a restricted view of the road. Our driver had a near miss with a scooter driver whose helmet he just saw before exiting onto the road. This would become worse at nighttime.
