Old caravan tow hitch overhanging pavement causing hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6002496.

Old caravan tow/hitch overhangs pavement just around a corner - I walk with a stick because a bit unsteady and this takes up approx half the pavement width. This would also be very hard to see at night. Metal looks broken jagged could cause injury. Property on the Corner of Bayham rd and Knowle Road. I think from maps it’ll be numbered 33? Property seems to be lots of flats/bedsits. I hope no one is living in the caravan because it looks very dirty. Anyway it’s the pavement obstruction I’m reporting it’s dangerous
