  • I reported the problem with the manhole cover over 6 weeks ago. A yellow temporay cover has been put over it, which keeps moving around and I have to put it back in place, an a bit of white paint sprayed around it. From my call over 6 weeks ago I was told if Virgin media do not rectifie the problem in 5 days or so the council will fix it and Virgin media will be charged. Can someone follow this up.
