Hedges cover majority of pavement on Argyle Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6005559.

Pavement permanently blocked by overgrown hedge. This hedge should be council responsibility to cut not the park trust due to covering a pavement.
