Caravans causing issues for cars and vulnerable residents

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6022108.

There have been several caravans parked right outside the gate for the alms houses for quite some time. This is causing issues for residents who find it difficult to cross the road some of whom are partially sighted. It is also causing issues for cars as they cannot see if another vehicle is coming in the opposite direction. Many of the vans do not appear roadworthy. I am surprised they have been allowed to stay there so close to where elderly vulnerable residents live.
